Currently, a policy is being added to move presentations to Archive, and they will be deleted after x years. At present, there is no way to retrieve this data from a report.
Additionally, it would be nice not to have to open every presentation to check the end date of the added action.
It would also be good if this information were visible to the viewer in the player, so they know when a presentation is being deleted.
Furthermore, there are no template emails available to send when a presentation for an action is or has been executed.
