When I login to the Management portal, I can see the following value 'AI Services Hours Processed (Lifetime) in the totals section. What does that mean? Why is it separate to ‘Hours Captioned’?

Welcome to the Mediasite Community. Within Mediasite, we split out our AI services into 2 sections. Our Mediasite Captioning service and ‘AI Service Hours’.
AI Service Hours relate to any AI service that applies changes to Metadata. For example, our ‘Generate Description’ or ‘Smart Titles’ AI functions found in MyMediasite.
If you would like to know how much usage you have available in your contract, you can reach out to your Mediasite Account Manager.
